Richard K. Trexler, 69, of Fresno, California, passed away on January 27, 2024. He was born on December 12, 1954, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Richard was a beloved brother, survived by Kathleen Snyder and Jessica Halstead. He was preceded in death by his father, Luther Lee Trexler, Jr., and his mother, Joyce Kitchell-Mosher. Richard had a passion for education and graduated from Frank M. Lane Primary School and Hoover High School, both located in Fresno. He further pursued his education at California State University, Fresno, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree. Throughout his career, Richard dedicated over 35 years as a computer programmer. He was an invaluable team member, contributing to the development of the Mono Indian language. In his leisure time, Richard enjoyed golfing, particularly when he was younger. Graveside services will be held at the North Fork Cemetery, located at 32823 Road 228, North Fork, California 93643. The funeral arrangements are being handled by Clovis Funeral Chapel in Clovis, California. Richard K. Trexler will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
