Michael Garcia Jr., age 61, was born on May 22, 1964, in Fresno, California, and passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 26, 2026. He was born to Michael Garcia Sr. and Rebecca Garcia.

Michael was a proud tribal citizen of the North Fork Rancheria Mono Indians of California and proudly descended from the Lewis family. Throughout his life, he carried great pride in his heritage, family, and community.

He is lovingly survived by his wife, Jessica Beltran; his children, Jenny Garcia, Vannessa Garcia, Lorraine Chrobak, Jolissa Garcia, Michael Garcia III, Chris Heath, and Jacob Garcia; as well as his 19 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, all of whom he loved dearly.

Michael is also survived by his sisters, Belinda Gomez and Lisa Sanchez, and his brother, Michael James Garcia.

Michael dedicated many years of his life working in road construction as both a laborer and operator engineer. He was known for being hardworking, intelligent, and talented with his hands. He especially enjoyed working on cars, listening to music, and dancing whenever he had the chance. His sense of humor, silly laugh, and unforgettable jokes brought joy to those around him and created lasting memories for family and friends alike.

Michael will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He will be remembered as a loving son, brother, father, uncle, cousin, and friend whose presence brought warmth, laughter, and love to so many lives.
