Mary McCall, 72, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a life marked by love for her family. She will be remembered for her presence, her smile, and the way she cared for others.

Mary was born in Santa Ana to her parents, Chris and Lenora Christiansen. She grew up in Santa Ana and moved to Fresno in 1976, where she built much of her adult life. She had been a resident of Clovis for the past 37 years.

Mary was the mother of two sons, John and Joe. Her son John died five years ago, and she kept his memory close. Her relationship with Joe remained very important to her.

A devoted grandmother, Mary cherished her four grandchildren, Josey, Allyson, John, and Janey. She enjoyed being part of their lives and sharing moments with them.

Mary lived for many years with her twin sister Marie, with whom she was very close. Her sister died six years ago, and their long life together stayed important to Mary.

Those who knew Mary remember her as stubborn and direct, often sharing her opinions freely and without much of a filter. She also encouraged others to read their Bible and think about what it said for themselves.

Mary is preceded in death by her son John, her twin sister, and other relatives. She is survived by her son Joe and his wife Melissa, her Bother Bob and Sister Linda, her four grandchildren, and extended family and friends who will remember her in their own ways.

A grave side service will be held at the Clovis Cemetery on December18th at 11am.
