Maria Lilia Roman, beloved wife, mother, sister, daughter, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2024. Born on October 9, 1958, in Clovis, CA, Lilia is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Jose Roman (Chuy), her four children, and eleven cherished grandchildren.

Lilia will always be remembered for her contagious laughter and the joy she brought to family BBQ gatherings. She was the daughter of Maria Flores and Alfredo Puentes and had six siblings, all of whom she loved dearly.

In 1987, Lilia met the love of her life, Jose Roman, and together they built a beautiful life full of love and family. Lilia took great pride in her 20-year career at the IRS, where she was dedicated and passionate about her work.

Her two beloved dogs, Mia and La Chona, were treated as part of the family, holding a special place in her heart.

Lilia's vibrant spirit and deep love for her family will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
