Jodi Parisi-Sadler was a caring mother, sister, and friend. She left this world suddenly on November 27, 2024 at age 57.

She was born to Joe and Janet Parisi on April 24, 1967. She joins two of her siblings in Heaven, and leaves behind one sister, Debbie. She also leaves behind the many friends-turned-family, who loved her dearly. Jodi made many friends throughout her life and went on great adventures, including living abroad in Germany for two years while her then-husband served in the military. Together, they had one daughter, Hanah. Jodi took great pride in her daughter, and their close relationship was full of love and laughter. Jodi was most excited to become a grandmother in just a few short months.

Jodi loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals for her friends and family. She particularly enjoyed making enough food to feed a small village, and always with lots of herbs and spices. Jodi was connected to her Italian heritage and often bragged about her famous spaghetti sauce that took a whole day to cook.

Jodi was a passionate pet owner and considered her dogs as family. She had a giving soul and often opened her home and heart to those in need. She was kind, sassy, and unabashedly herself. She will be greatly missed.

A funeral service is scheduled for 1:00PM on December 15, 2024, at the Clovis Funeral Chapel in Clovis, CA. A relaxed celebration of life will be held at Crow and Wolf Brewing Co. immediately following. All who loved Jodi are welcome to attend. Donations of flowers and photos are welcomed.
