Obituary

Hugo Cesar Garcia, better known by everyone as Cesar, was called to be with the Lord on March 27, 2025. At just 37 years of age, he leaves behind enough memories to fill a lifetime for those knew and loved him. He is survived by his wife Michelle, his sons Xavior (chamoy) Ivan (worm) his bubbies, Cameron and Cristian, and his granddaughter Ximena (Mija).
Cesar was a Mclane Highlander graduate who loved football, wrestling, and cooking classes. His contagious smile and approachable demeanor easily made him the popular guy not only in school, but throughout life. To know Cesar, was to know you will always be smiling in his presence.
Cesar was well known for his extremely devoted work ethic. He was a Painter who took pride in his craft. For well over 2 decades, he gave every ounce of blood sweat and tears into being a foreman for Tom Baird and Sons.  In his earlier years, Cesar also took plenty of joy in fishing with his father. He developed a love for the water so strong that he said when he passed, to just "throw him with the fishes."
Above all else, Cesars favorite jobs were the ones he had at home. A super hero to his 4 handsome boys, a loving papa to a beautiful little girl, and an affectionate husband to his long time wife and high school sweetheart. When he wasn't painting, he was dedicating all of his time to his boys' sports, or family outings. He loved to barbecue, and have a glass of wine with his wife Michelle while dancing and singing to country in their livingroom. The amount of love they have for one another goes beyond words. He loved Michelle with his heart and from his soul. They were and are still as one.
He also carried on his love of fishing to his boys. He often loved to challenge them to a foot race or arm wrestle. He still remains undefeated! He took pride in being a papa or "Glam-pa" to Ximena. Every day after work he was her jungle gym. She climbed all over her papa, and waited for him to share his snacks with her. He always did.
Cesar liked to enjoy life, without a single regret. From being a kid messing with his big sister, to a teenager playing video games with his little sister. He took pride in being the son and best friend of Sebastian, and adored his "Mami" Leticia.
Many were fortunate enough to be graced with his presence throughout this lifetime. Cesar's wings were ready, but our hearts were not. Until we meet again, rest forever in thugz mansion.
