She is survived by Angelica Rios, Jose Rios, and Adrian Rios. Gloria was preceded in death by Mary Segovia, Herminio Rios, Maricela Rios, Rogelio Rios, and Andrea Rios.

Gloria attended Kingsburg High School and worshipped at Celebration Church. Her hobbies included praying, reading, sitting out in the sun, spending time with family, visiting coffee shops, thrift shopping, and watching mystery cold cases.
