Eldon "Chuck" Brown
Eldon Othel (Chuck) Brown was born on July 13, 1946, to Louise and Othel Brown in Montebello,
California. He passed away peacefully February 4, 2024, in Fresno, California.
Chuck graduated from Rosemead High School on June 17, 1965, and went into the US Army. He served
proudly in the South Pacific as well as Europe. When he returned home, he went on to attend the
Fresno City College, Peace Officer Standards and Training Course to become a Police Officer. He
graduated with honors, obtaining a 4.0 GPA. He was a valued Police Officer in both the Los Angeles and
Kingsburg Police departments. Chuck went on to be a truck driver, where he enjoyed his travels
throughout most of the United States. In retirement Chuck loved motorcycles, his pickup, his beloved
dog "Buddy" and his cherished friends.
Chuck is survived by his best friend Buddy, and many, many friends. He was generous, and giving and
his kind smile and loving heart will be missed by all who knew him.
