Donna (also known as DJ) was born in Vallejo, CA, August 20, 1949. Her parents were Don
Trower and Jewell Akers. She died at her home in Clovis surrounded by family, March 27, 2026,
at age 76.

Donna married her high school sweetheart, Jack Peters, August 20, 1967. She had
two sons, Jim and Jeff.
During the 1980's-90's, Donna and Jack owned several businesses, including a plumbing
business in Clovis. After nearly 30 years of marriage, Jack passed away in 1997. Donna
continued operating the business with her two sons until she sold it in 2002 and retired in 2004.

Donna married a high school friend, Dave Kuehl, September 11, 2004.
Donna loved dancing, off-road adventures and played in bowling leagues. Some other joys
were gardening and RV travels. Her greatest joys were when she was with her family,
especially grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents Don Trower and Jewel Hinshaw, stepfather Chuck
Hinshaw and husband Jack. She is survived by stepmother Wanda Trower, her brother Jim
Trower (Marsha), half-sisters June Ainley and Jolynne Wallace, sister-in-law Jacqueline
DelFiorentino, children Jim Peters (Barb) and Jeff Peters (Laura), husband Dave Kuehl; step-
children John Kuehl (Tiffany) and Brian Kuehl (Stephanie) and Tracy Merritt-Jackson;
grandchildren Zack Peters, Jake Peters (RG), Jack Peters and Nathan Peters, Tylor Jackson
(Kailah), step-grandchildren Sara and Megan Kuehl, Valerie and Gavin Kuehl; great-
grandchildren Natalie and Ariana Peters, Payton, Owen and Colton Jackson.

A public viewing will be held 5 pm to 7 pm, April 10 at Clovis Funeral Chapel, 1302 Clovis Ave,
Clovis, CA.
A celebration of life ceremony will be at 12:00 Noon, April 11 at New Life Community Church,
2165 Gettysburg Ave, Clovis, CA.
