Obituary for Corrine Anita Lewis
January 22, 1948 – October 13, 2025

Corrine Anita Lewis, beloved mother, sister, aunt, and devoted servant of faith, passed peacefully on October 13, 2025, in Fallon, Nevada, at the age of 77.

Born on January 22, 1948, in Oregon, Corrine lived a life marked by compassion, adventure, and an unwavering commitment to her spiritual calling. A dedicated missionary minister, she traveled extensively across the globe, sharing her faith and love with countless people in need. Of all the places she visited, Peru held a special place in her heart—a land whose culture, people, and spirit deeply touched her soul.

Corrine's love extended beyond people to the many animals she cared for throughout her life. She was especially fond of her horse, Tenya, along with a host of dogs and birds who brought her joy and companionship over the years.

Corrine is survived by her cherished son, Isaiah Christy, her loving sisters Cheryl Lewis, Teresa Montgomery, and Carmela Rodriguez; brothers Rick Heredia, Gerard Works, and Adrian Works; and by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews who cherished her deeply. Her wisdom, strength, and kindness will live on in their hearts.

Corrine was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Lewis and Evelyn Works, and her brothers Raul Lewis Sr. and Conrad Lewis.

Her family and friends take comfort in knowing she has found peace, reunited with loved ones who went before her, and resting in the presence of the Lord she served so faithfully. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, love, and service that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
