Cheryl Lynn Stroud, also known as "Itsy" to those who loved her,
left to be with Jesus on June 3rd, 2024, in Clovis, California. She
was born on August 14th, 1979, to Jimmy Stroud and Gay Ruiz in
Clovis, California. She is survived by her husband Daniel
Stansberry Jr., and her sons, Daniel Ⅲ, Noah, and Matthew
Stansberry. She is also survived by her three siblings Jimmy
Stroud, Karl Stroud, and Jennifer Contreras, and by many aunts,
uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. She is remembered as
always helping people and continued to do so until her last days.
Cheryl had the ability to enter a room and make those around her
laugh and feel an abundance of joy. She was a nurturer at heart
and showed that by cooking for those she loved. Cheryl is
remembered for having a love of roses and could never have too
many. She will be missed dearly for her big sense of humor,
caring spirit, laugh, and smile. On Monday July 15th at 9 a.m.
family and friends are welcome to attend the burial at Clovis
Cemetery: 305 N Villa Avenue Clovis, California, 93612. A
celebration of life service & luncheon will immediately follow at the
Clovis Pentecostal Church of God: 395 Peach Avenue Clovis,
California, 93612
